Gentle flow uses slower mindful postures and stretches, restorative postures, and yoga breathwork to calm the mind and rejuvenate the body.

Power Yoga – ☀️☀️

Ignite your strength and boost your energy with Power Yoga. This dynamic class will focus on building strength, stamina, and flexibility. This style is great for those looking for an athletic yoga experience, combining postures and yoga sequences that will leave you feeling energized and strong.

Yoga Sculpt – ☀️☀️☀️

This hybrid class combines yoga with light weights and resistance for a full-body workout. Yoga Sculpt will strengthen muscles, boost metabolism, and improve balance. Accessible to all fitness levels, this class is perfect for anyone looking to add extra intensity to their yoga routine.
